Q.Filz is manufactured 100% without the use of chemicals, biocides, adhesives or synthetic supporting fibers and is made from milk proteins combined with sheep's wool. The two main goals are the reusable cycle and the regional value chain. This combination of wool and milk ensures both added value and composting, making it unbeatable as a packaging material. The latter guarantees quick and smooth availability.

The entire manufacturing process is climate-friendly and the sheep's wool is 100% compostable.

By adapting traditional wool craft machines with new 100% natural binders, we can develop bespoke products made from 100% sustainable ingredients, such as sustainable packaging solutions. The combination of reusable circular packaging and machines that can do more helps reduce packaging waste.

The Q.Filz packaging requires up to 80% less space than Styrofoam. The sheep's wool therefore saves space and weight, which is often a cost factor, especially in mail order.

Whether ready-made or on a roll, with or without paper lamination - as hard as a board or as soft as silk, the customer decides how he wants the packaging to be. Individual customer requests or special solutions - we are happy to develop tailor-made products made from 100% sheep's wool.
